Handicap placards holders are always hanging from mirrors. No one wants to put them away. Regarding your specific questions about handicap placards, State law said whether or not they are "required by law," the exception listed in the statute, is “open to interpretation.”: State law generally prohibits a driver from hanging ornaments or other objects from a vehicle's rear-view mirror, with certain exceptions for disabled parking placards or other items.

Here you can see that our handicap placard holders are out of the way and jammed into the corner of your window. These are very very small in your window when look at them from your seating position.

Instructions:
1.Slip the tag hang hole around the suction cup base so that it fits. Make sure the tag is facing up or outwards.

2. Remove the red protective film from the two way tape.

3. Place the handi-tag facing outward onto the tape to hold it in place.

4. Stick the tag in the lower corner of your window when you are in the park position.
